Job description:
- Manage employee development program
- Manage talent pool
- Make Training Need Analysis
- Conduct training for employees
- Evaluate training programs
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from any major from a reputable university
- Age between 24 - 30
- Min. 2 years experience in People Development / Training & Development
- Able to conduct TNA, training & training evaluation
- Good command in English
- Willing to be located in Bintaro
