HEAD OF SHOP FLOOR CONTROL

The incumbent of this position manage the function of Shop Floor Control Sub Department by controlling all productions process from order distribution to final inspection is met the standard requirements as well as to support productivity development plan align with company vision, mission, and strategies.

Job Requirements:

1. Male, Holds Diploma/ Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 2.75, preferably from Mechanical and Industrial Engineering background.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in Job Order Industry preferably in a manufacturing MNC.
3. Has in-depth knowledge in Production Planning.
4. Have comprehension in mathematical and technical skill.
5. Demonstrate leadership ability to lead and drive a team to achieve project target.
6. Possess strong Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
7. Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self dri! ven.
8. Able to provide business support and be a strong partner in operations.
9. Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively.
10. Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
11. Be a change agent who can re-look at status quo operations for process improvements.
12. Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy (is a must, and also have knowledge on ERP System.
13. Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan East Java.
