Recruitment & Training Specialist (RTS)
Responsibilities :
- The position is to develop and implement the human resources management function from recruitment and selection process, training and development, HR report and database management including system and procedure.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management background from reputable University
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Recruitment, Training and Organization Development
- Having experience in interview technique, psychological tools, scoring and interpretation
- Having experience in recruitment based competency, development assessment tools and making assesment report
- Has the ability to make the Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Training Concepts
- Skilled in developing training materials and programs
- Able to work indepently as well as in team
- Well organized, independent, highly initiative, dynamic, self motivated, good analytical skill, strong interpersonal, honest, able to handle detailed matters, strong leadership, and good communication skill
