Qualification :

1. S1 Psychology

2. Maximum 35 years old

3. Good conversation in English (oral & written)

4. Experience 2-3 years in Human Resources Supervisor

5. Good Interpersonal skills, organizational development, managerial & strong leadership

6. Have knowlegde of industrial & employee relations

7. Responsible for the recruitment process, Handle industrial and employee relations include company labor agreement and disputes
