HR Training Coordinator
Responsibilities :
- Analyze training needs by collcting data from all division and department within the company.
- Recommend training & development programs based on the training needs analysis incorporating organizations and individual needs.
- Implement and facilitate company wide-processes to identify 'high potential" individuals and ensure their effective development to improve business performance.
- Plan, organize, actuate and control management development and carrer succession plans.
- Set up taining program to keep with yearly budgets.
Requirements :
- Male/female max 25 to 35 years
- Bachelor degree in IT from recognized university
- Experienced trainer with minimum of 3 years delivering training materials . Candidates may reguired to deliver a few training materials d! uring interview.
- Good analytical, conceptual,and administrative skills.
- Conversant in preparing presentation materials, spreadsheet and word documents.
- Position (Coordinator or Manager) will be decided based on the candidate's competence.
