A Pioneer in medical healthcare software development company currently requires:

HR Training Coordinator

Responsibilities :

  •  Analyze training needs by collcting data from all division and department within the company.
  •  Recommend training & development programs based on the training needs analysis  incorporating organizations and individual needs.
  •  Implement and facilitate company wide-processes to identify 'high potential" individuals and ensure their effective development to improve business performance.
  •  Plan, organize, actuate and control management development and carrer succession plans.
  •  Set up taining program to keep with yearly budgets.


Requirements :

  •  Male/female max 25 to 35 years
  •  Bachelor degree in IT from recognized university
  •  Experienced trainer with minimum of 3 years delivering training materials . Candidates may reguired to deliver a few training materials d! uring interview.
  •  Good analytical, conceptual,and administrative skills.
  •  Conversant in preparing presentation materials, spreadsheet and word documents.
  •  Position (Coordinator or Manager) will be decided based on the candidate's competence.
