SENIOR CONSULTANT
(Human Resources Management)
The candidates should fulfill the following requirements:
- Min S-2 in Management, with Psycology background would be an advantage .
- Preferably having Doctoral degree or PhD Candidate
- Having hands-on experiences in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 8 years in managerial posisition, preferably in Human Resources Development
- Strong drive for continuous learning
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
- Self initiative, motivated, strong team player and willing to travel
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking
- Computer literacy and good command of English.
