PT Rajawali Corpora (RC) is a leading investment holding company with core businesses in agriculture, mining & resources, hotel & property and infrastructure.  

We are seeking a highly qualified HR Manager in developing new organization to support our business unit.

HR Manager - Agriculture

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all human resource aspects such as employment, compensation & benefits, labor relations, and training and development,
  • Responsible for mass recruitment and placement,
  • Propose in designing the salary structure and compensation and benefits,
  • Manage HR Operations activities, including payroll, tax, Jamsostek, and benefits,
  • Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities, and training center.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with related government agencies,
  • Maintain a good system of Corporate Governance and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies and procedures.

 Education & Work Experience:

  • Male is preferably
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law / Management / Industrial Engineering / Psychology
  • Graduate from reputable University
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in related field
  • Experience in setting up / structuring HR system
  • Experience in Plantation / Agriculture / FMCG / Pharmaceutical is an advantage
  • Recruitment experience for East Indonesia
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian labor regulation.

 Technical Skills:

  • Fluency in both verbal and written English,
  • Excellent skills of HR aspects such as Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefit, People and Organization Development, Performance Management and Industrial Relations, Keep abreast of relevant regulations and policies.

 Individual Attributes:

  • Able to express oneself clearly in conversation and interactions with others,
  • Able to gain others support for ideas, proposal, projects and solutions,
  • Able to project an image consistent with company values,
  • Organizational awareness at both holding and business unit level,
  • Proactive, critical thinker with attention to detail,
  • Self-directed and able to take initiative,
  • Strong Integrity and trustworthy.
