Assistant Man ager Human Resources

Job Profile :

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities
  • Provide HR insights and strategic recommendations to management to effectively develop a robust HR infrastructure that is aligned with Company objectives
  • Analyze and review salary structure, appropriate pay levels, and benefit practices against industry trends to ensure pay competitiveness
  • Facilitate yearly performance management process and recommend annual salary reviews, promotions, and short-term incentives to management for review
  • Active involvement in assisting line managers on recruitment and selection needs
  • Formulate and review HR policies, procedures and systems
  • Responsible for the maintenance of HRIS System (payroll, e-leave, e-payslip etc)
  • Host employee communication sessions to keep employee engaged in latest HR developments or changes and constantly seek ways to promote employee learning! and well-being
  • Manage employee issues pertaining to grievances, change management, disciplinary matters and employee counseling
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects as may be assigned from time to time

Candidate Profile :

  • Minimum S1
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Independent, meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Possess strong teamwork and collaboration skills and works well in a local setup
  • Strong knowledge of employment
