RECRUITMENT & TRAINING OFFICER
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
- Min . 3 years experiences in Training as Training Supervisor, experience in retail industry will be an advantage
- Have knowledge of Training concepts.
- Have knowledge and skills to develop training module
- Develop the training plan and budget and ensure that the costs are within the training budget.
- Good interpersonal communication skill.
- Creative, honest, hard worker
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Responsibilities:
- Develop annual training program and schedule for associates and monitor its implementation
- Ensure the effectiveness of training module obtained from regional as well as local module
- Ensure the quality of a training by identifying training need, develop necessary program to tackle the need, deliver the training, as! well as evaluating the effectiveness of the training
- In cooperation with Sales Management & Marketing, being accountable for the National Training for Field Force
- Conduct the training as facilitator
- Controlling the agreed budget for training
