Front Desk Agent
Job Specification:
Front Desk Agent is responsible for the stays of guests in the hotel . He or she maintains the guest folder from arrival to payment on departure. He or she will also:
- Manage the telephone switchboard and take reservations
- Look after some items of accountancy refunds, payment of invoices deferred by travel agencies, etc...
Job Profile:
- Graduated from Vocational High School majoring Hotel Hospitality : Room / Reception
- Minimum 1 year experience as Reception position in hotel industry
- Familiar using Microsoft Office. Can operate Fidelio will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Have a good interpersonal communication skill, honest & service oriented.
- Good personality, self motivated and able to work under pressure
