HR Manager

Job Requirements

We are looking for an English speaking Human Resource Manager to work with Atreus Global as part of our expansion plan . The role will initially be a contract.

Responsibilities include:

Recruiting new internal staff for company expansion (Sales, Resourcing, Finance, Admin)

Understanding Company needs in terms of staffing

Manage all internal employees in terms of Human Resource i.e. sick leave, lateness etc

Introduce HR Policy and Procedures

You should be / have:

S1 Degree preferably in HR related subject

At least 4 years HR experience (advantage if in IT Industry or Recruitment Industry)

Fluent English speaking and have excellent grammar

Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (additional languages will be bonus)

Well organised and disciplined

Attention to detail

Hard working and well mannered individual

Excellent Computer skills for Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Email

Salary: IDR Negotiable depending on experience and suitability.
