RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Handle for general administrative and clerical support
  • Greet persons entering organization
  • Handle for schedule appointments
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor degree of any major from reputable academy
  • Minimum 2 years working experiences as receptionist
  • Good command in English, both oral and written
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and internet
  • Proactive, has strong in good personality
  • Hardworker, honest and resposible person
