RECEPTIONIST & OPERATOR TELEPHONE (REC/OPR)
General Duties :
- Handling incoming/outgoing calls
- Welcoming visitors
- Distributing Document
- Arranging to send documents with expedition company
Requirement :
- Min D2/D3 in Business Adm/Finance/Accouting/Secretary/Marketing
- Female, Age 22-30
- Having similar experiences as Receptionist/ Operator Telephone in an established company for minimum 2 (two) Years
- Able To operate computer and speak english both spoken & Written
- Good looking, charming, propotional body & Mature
- Service oriented, strong service excellence mind set and communication skill
- Good interpersonal and Attitute
- Fresh Graduated will be considered
- Job Location : North Jakarta
