MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
To support our dynamic market growth in the region we are looking for outstanding high achieves. General management consulting and/or corporate human resource experience would be highly regarded as would specific project experience in the following areas:
- Business process reengineering, organization design and implementation, change management and communication.
- Organizational and individual performance management.
- Competency modelling and assessment.
- Leadership development and coaching.
- Implementation of the HR component of major ERP/MIS systems and/or design and implementation of web based HR technologies.
Current vacancies in our Office:
- Senior Consultants : generally 5+ years of consulting experience.
- Consultants : 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Associate Consultants : 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Applicants should be graduates, ideally with a relevant postgraduate degree in the case of consultants and senior consultants, and possess demonstrably outstanding communication and analytical skills
