Currently Water proofing and Sport Center is opening for following position with this following qualifications:

HRD Supervisor / Manager

Qualifications:

• Male / Female, 28-35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in same field
• Should posses experience in recruitment, training, payroll and human resource regulation
• Good leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, and decision making skills
• High degree of self-initiative, creative, confident
• Having vision to develop organization and intention to develop continuous improvement
• Able to negotiate and discuss critical HR topics with Management
• Able to communicate on all hierarchy levels
• Good Indonesian-English verbal and written communication
• Familiar with internet & excellent in MS Office, especially Excel & Word
