CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that company achieves substantive improvements in its ongoing commitment to become a sustainable and socially responsible company.
- Establishing the company's community and development schemes/programs, including their guidelines and standard operating
- Developing sound CSR related strategies, policies, plans, programs, and practices from related functional areas and business units
- Implement CSR strategies, policies, plans, and programs effectively and efficiently
- Monitoring, controlling and measuring the implementations of CSR programs/ projects
- Manages relationships with external community and other parties to pursu e appropriate public relations
- Monitoring, reviewing and managing the social issues that may arise
Requirement :
- Male, age min 40 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable University, Min GPA 3.0
- Has at least 10 years experience at similar matters
- Honest, detail oriented, highly motivated and able to work in a team
- Preferable has sound knowledge in corporate social responsibility area
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all level
- Willing to travel and work at mine site
