REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree from Psychology / HR Management, or Business Management major with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment and selection process
- Familiar with psychological tools and behavioral interview method
- Able to working independently with minimum supervise, and dealing with the deadlines
- Good communication skill, English literacy, proficient PC skills, ability to work as a team -player, result oriented, and energetic.
